Year 4 go Swimming!

This week Year 4 have been having swimming sessions at King Henry VIII Secondary School. The pupils have all worked really hard during their morning sessions and have made huge progress. One of our pupils had never been swimming before at the end of this week can now swim 25 metres which is amazing! We would like to thank King Henry VIII for allowing us to use their wonderful facilities. Here is what some of the pupils have said about their experience:

Beth S – It was really fun and it was good that we got to do it for a week instead of just a day.

Lara E – It was good that they could teach us how to learn how to swim in a week.

Conrad J – I loved every single day of it!

Harrison – I loved it so much that I want to go again.

Frankie W – It was really fun and we learned a lot.

Leah T – I enjoyed different methods of swimming whilst I was there.

Ella H – I didn’t know how to swim but now I do!

Libby E – I wanted it to go on for ever!

Sze Sze C – Although I was really scared, I had a go and now I can swim!

Georgia P – It was fun being in different groups and the groups matched our ability.
